Bruce Bennett is a Senior Researcher at the RAND Corporations International Security and Defense Policy Center and the Arroyo Strategy, Doctrine, and Resources Program. Working on defense, strategy, force planning, and counter-proliferation, Bennett specializes in asymmetric threats.
